The ECDL Switzerland AG is based in Basel. We are responsible for the implementation, distribution and coordination of the European Computer Driving Licence in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and other countries. We operate on behalf of the Swiss ECDL licencee, the Swiss Informatics Society, and are in constant contact with the umbrella organisation the ECDL Foundation and the international ECDL network. This way we ensure that the ECDL is successfully and continuously developed as a standardised, internationally recognised certificate of IT user knowledge and skills. 

We focus on the close cooperation with our education and exam partners, the ECDL test centres. We are proud of the past successful development of the ECDL in Switzerland.
